THTV - Terms & Services
By placing an order through our Instagram page, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders & Payments
Orders are placed via direct message (DM) on our Instagram page.
To confirm your order, an advance payment of Rs. 250 is required.
The remaining balance (if any) can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or through the final payment method agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash.
All prices are final and non-negotiable unless specified in a special promotion.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days, depending on destination.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at order confirmation.
You may request tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing an unboxing video showing the issue.
Item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for return/exchange.
4. Product Disclaimer
We strive to depict products accurately; however, minor color or finish variations may occur due to lighting or display settings.
All product dimensions and specifications are approximate.
5. Warranty
All watches carry a 6-month internal movement warranty (does not cover physical damage, water ingress, or wear and tear).
Warranty claims require presentation of the original proof of purchase.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data (name, contact number, address) is used solely for order processing and delivery.
We do not share your information with any third parties.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Advance payment of Rs. 250 is refundable only if cancellation is requested within 12 hours of payment.
Cancellations after dispatch are not accepted.
